Due to the nature of digital content, all legal templates and digital products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase is completed and access to the file has been granted.
Digital files cannot be returned in their original condition after delivery. Purchasing grants you immediate access to proprietary content, which cannot be reversed.
3. Limited Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, provide assistance under the following circumstances:
- Technical Access Issues – If you are unable to download or access your purchased template due to a technical error, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- No other exceptions apply.
4. Gifts and Promotional Items
All purchases, including those designated as gifts or obtained at a discounted rate or promotional price, are final and subject to the same non-refundable terms outlined herein.
